Meeting Summary – 06/01/2025

During this week’s meeting, we discussed recent events in France, including notable political, cultural, and social developments. Special attention was given to French holidays, such as La Fête des Mères (Mother’s Day), which is occasionally celebrated on June 1st, and D-Day commemorations, providing cultural background and typical phrases associated with each. Then, we played a holiday word scramble, and everyone had a blast!
